2009 Board of Directors

Here is the listing of positions and the current board member in that position... if you have any questions just post them, or PM/email me.

Regional Executive (RE) ~ Brandon Davis
The RE is kind of the overseer of all things SCCA. They preside over the monthly board meetings as well as any other club meetings. They also serve as the liaison between the national office and the local region.

Assistant Regional Executive ~ Bridgette Olson
The Assistant RE assists the RE in their duties, and if something happens to the RE (moving, resignation?etc), they take over all of their duties as RE.

Solo Director ~ Ryan Johnson
Arranges all regional solo events and coordinates with the national office for any national events we may hold (Wendover Pro-solo). Handles site rental contracts, additional facilities rental, and SCCA sanctioning. Works with event chairs to assist them in planning and running individual events.

Secretary ~ Ed Garcia
Attends club meetings to record minutes of the meetings, and keeps records of all the proceedings of the club. Keeps track of monthly action items and reminds other board members about their respective ones for the following month.

Treasurer ~ Dan Lunt
Keeps track of all things monetary for the club. Will keep track of income and expenses of the club. The treasurer is also the person in charge of writing checks for the rental of event sites, and sanctioning fees, as well as paying any other accrued expenses.

Road Race Director ~ Dave Kizerian
Acts as a liaison between the Utah solo community and the SCCA road racers in our region.

Rally Director ~ Jon Olschewski
Pretty much a duplicate of the Solo Director but in the Rallycross arena. The Rally Director will find ways to increase attendance, and interest in the Rallycross program.

Member at Large ~ Jon Lee
The Member at Large is a former board member that is on the board to provide advice, direction, and additional assistence to the board members.

All of these positions also handle a varied range of tasks throughout the year.
