Supplemental Regulations(Rules)

Is Tooele ready to party? YES! We’ll be having a BBQ in the paddock Saturday night. Two people's meals are included with your registration, and you can purchase more through registration. Later there will be fireworks courtesy of the Tooele County fair!

Friday 8/5 Test Day there is an MMP (NON-SCCA) test day on the west track, online registration is available at http://www.motorsportreg.com

Information for MPRA Licenses
If you have an MPRA competition license, you can enter and run your car in any of the regional classes that it is eligible for. Your car must meet all of the SCCA GCR requirements for safety, and must be issued an SCCA logbook if it does not already have one, a copy of the SCCA GCR can be viewed at: http://www.scca.org/documents/2011%2...ted%20July.pdf

Do I need to be a member of the SCCA? While we would like everyone to join the SCCA, temporary memberships are available for this weekend, information available at check-in.

I'll be at the track all three days of the event shooting all of the cars on the track, so if you'd like pics of your car on the track or you on the podium look me up, I'll be the photographer in the wide-brim hat.

What is available at the track in terms of tire service, food, electricity, compressed air, repair parts, shade trees, and garages?
Is there a "SCCA" motel?

Tire service onsite is spotty, there is a place, but his hours have been inconsistent at best. If someone gets into a bind, I'm sure we can find someone.

There are concessions onsite for lunch, we're doing a free BBQ for Saturday dinner, and Tooele is only about 10 minutes away and has lots of options.

Garages w/ air, and power hookups can both be rented by contacting MMP - 435-277-RACE (7223). Make sure they know you want to be close to the west track.

There really are no sizable trees, as we're in the desert. Paddock is entirely paved, and if you have ez-ups I'd bring them as well as straps to tie them down with, as the winds can come up suddenly.

Nice showers and flush toilets on site

Auto parts available in Tooele, and Slc about 30 minutes away.

We don't have a hotel, there are a few in Tooele, if there aren't vacancies, the salt lake airport/international center hotels are about 30 minutes away
