Default 2009 RallyCross Event #2 "Back in Black"

The URG (Utah Rally Group) is proud to present the April 2009 SCCA Utah Region RallyCross event "Back in Black". It will be held at the Jordan River OHV Park on April 25th. Registration will be open from 8:00am to 9:30am, the driver's meeting will be at 9:45am, with first car running at 10:00am. The event usually goes until mid to late afternoon, with each competitor being given six runs.

All competitors must have and show a current valid drivers license(their own), and all cars (fixed-roof production based, including convertibles with a factory hardtop attached and targa or t-top types with factory panel(s) in place) must be able to pass technical inspection. Helmets are required and must meet Snell 1995 (SA95, M95, or K98) or newer labeled helmets are approved for use. For those without a proper helmet, a few loaners are available.

Entry fees are
$30 for SCCA Members
$45 for Non-SCCA Members
(These numbers are the planned fees for every one day event for the season)

I will also be there! A bunch of my friends are coming out to at least watch, I'm working on getting them to race. I'm stoked to break out the new helmet and horsepower adding stickers!!! Woo woo!

Look out Ben!

What's the surface like there? I'm guessing it's one of their dirt parking lots? Gravel-ish or more packed dirt-ish? I have a friend trying to get a car together to bring down or he'll drive my car for his first rallyx.
