Western States Championship Presenting the March 2011 SCCA Western States Championship RallyCross. It will be held at the Miller Motorsports Park on March 26th and 27th. Registration will be open from 8:00am to 9:30am, the driver's meeting will be at 9:45am, with first car running at 10:00am. The event usually goes until mid to late afternoon, with each competitor being given at least six runs. The suplimental rules, regulations,schedule, and classing sheets are here All competitors must have and show a current valid drivers license(their own), and all cars (fixed-roof production based, including convertibles with a factory hardtop attached and targa or t-top types with factory panel(s) in place) must be able to pass technical inspection. Helmets are required and must meet Snell 1995 (SA95, M95, or K9 or newer labeled helmets are approved for use. For those without a proper helmet, a few loaners are available. Entry fees are $80 for SCCA Members $10 for 2 RX bumber stickers and the scca RX banner $15 for an extra meal. This site has seriously the minimum impact on any car, painters tape is recommended if you're worried about your paint, but no ruts to worry about at this site!!! Again we are very proud to host this event and wish to see lots of new faces. This is a great site and we have a great core group out here to do the scca proud. Hmmm, I was scheduling to dedicate time for the Feb event...
Maybe I should reconsider for March instead! The championships are fun b/c of a larger turnout and more oportinuty to chat-up more and different folks!! Hmmm. . . . |

Let me know what you are going to try for Mark. IF you don't go in Feb maybe you could join me for some ice climbing in Ouray in feb. and race in march??
I'll see you guys at both races and this time my car will be able to exceed 5,000 RPMS! LOL! |
